Dr Rob Grenfell is the Health Director of CSIRO’s Health and Biosecurity Business Unit. He was previously the National Medical Director of Bupa Australia and New Zealand.

Rob leads CSIRO’s Health and Biosecurity group which spans public health, animal health, environmental health, and biosecurity. He is also be responsible for CSIRO’s broader health strategy drawing on a deep portfolio of expertise across areas including nutrition, eHealth, Medtech and Diagnostics.

Rob is a qualified Public Health Physician and GP. As a practicing GP, he maintained an isolated rural general practice for 13 years until June 2011.

At Bupa he was responsible for clinical quality and evaluating and incorporating new technologies into health services. As the National Director Cardiovascular Health for the Heart Foundation he managed their clinical program unit and the National Aboriginal health unit.

He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University.

Justin Guadagno currently serves as the Vice President, Payer Strategy with Sound Physicians- a physician-founded and led organization providing services across the acute episode of care – through emergency medicine, critical care, hospital medicine, population health, telemedicine and advisory services.

In this role he leads Sound’s payer partnership and value-based program development strategy with a focus on reducing acute and post-acute episode cost while improving clinical outcomes. He has over 15 years of experience in strategy and business development within the healthcare industry creating solutions and developing partnerships geared towards navigating the change from volume to value based care. He has worked with organizations of varying size, from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms, skillfully helping each navigate the complexities of the health system, payer & accountable provider environments. He holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Jay is a Vice President and the practice lead for Optum’s Provider Actuarial Services practice. He has worked as a health care actuary for over 20 years and consulted with multiple Fortune 500 companies throughout his career.

Jay is a Vice President and the practice lead for Optum’s Provider Actuarial Services practice. He has worked as a health care actuary for over 20 years and consulted with multiple Fortune 500 companies throughout his career. His unique background includes consulting to health systems, ACOs, providers, employers, government and commercial payers across a multitude of business and actuarial issues.

Jay’s more recent consulting engagements include providing Value Based Care (VBC) expertise, developing new transformative payer-provider models, MACRA data driven guidance and strategic advice to ACOs, payer and provider organizations. He assists organizations in understanding their changing market dynamics and helps his clients formulate market, product and benefit plan strategies.

In addition to evaluating VBC opportunities, Jay has worked in the traditional actuarial capacity with providers evaluating risk-based and fee-for-service contracts and with payers performing actuarial activities such as rate certifications, annual reports, provider contracting, plan design impact analyses, reserve estimations and benchmarking analyses.

Jay is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Jay is a frequent speaker at actuarial and ACO events and the co-chair of the Value Based Care Strategic Initiative for the Society of Actuaries.

Scott King is responsible for driving business value for healthcare provider clients. He is an accomplished sales performer with proven track record of exceeding sales objectives by utilizing a consultative sales methodology to earn trust.

In career spanning more than two decades, he has partnered with hospitals, enterprise physician practices, and medical device manufacturers to transform their revenue cycle.

In his previous roles, he has collaborated with C-level executives and other key departmental executives to provide revenue recovery analytics solutions, outsourced revenue cycle management solutions, EDI clearinghouse services, and outsourced business process solutions.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Iowa State University.

Dave leads the Health Sector business at Intel’s IoT Group to help the global health & life sciences device industry transform care at the edge. His customers are the manufacturers who build life sciences research instruments as well as medical equipment, appliances and devices used in hospitals, clinics, residential care settings and the home. Dave is on the HIMSS’ Personal Connected Health Alliance board of managers and the Governing Board of the Global Coalition on Aging.

Dave has spoken worldwide on the challenges and opportunities in an aging world – including United Nations, OECD, USA Capitol Hill, Asia HIMSS and national ministerial events across Asia. His call for a new social contract across ages was published in the AARP International Journal. He founded Intel’s China HLS unit, was elected to the American Chamber of Commerce’s China Health Cooperation Program Steering Committee. He also led the build-out of Intel’s worldwide Age Friendly Initiative engagements on aging across APEC to OECD, WHO and G-20.

Dave holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and is a Wharton Fellow. He is Chairman of the Board for a worldwide non-profit dedicated to improving infant care (www.RIE.org).

Enli’s scalable solutions serve a diverse and rapidly growing customer base that includes healthcare providers and payers across the United States, Australia, and Africa.

Dr. Siemienczuk came to Enli from Providence Health and Services, where he led Providence Medical Group Oregon as Chief Executive Officer for five years. While in that role he pioneered innovative population health initiatives, focusing on clinical quality and risk management in support of Providence Oregon’s own health plan.

Dr. Siemienczuk received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University, completed his internship and residency at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and practiced Internal Medicine at Providence Health and Services for 22 years. Outside of work, he can often be found fly fishing with his sons on Oregon’s backcountry rivers and streams.
