Dr. Shrestha is a respected thought leader and visionary in the field of health care information technology. A frequent speaker and presenter at national and international health care, innovation, and technology conferences, he was recently recognized as “26 of the Smartest People in Health IT” by Becker’s Hospital Review, and was acknowledged as one of the “Top 20 Health IT Leaders Driving Change” and as a “Top Healthcare Innovator” by InformationWeek.

Prior to leading innovation at UPMC, Dr. Shrestha served as Vice President of Information Technology and was Medical Director of Interoperability and Imaging Informatics at UPMC. Before joining UPMC, Dr. Shrestha was Informatics Director at the University of Southern California, where he was also Professor of Radiology Research at the Keck School of Medicine.

Dr. Shrestha received his medical degree from CCS University in India, completed his fellowship in informatics from the University of London, and earned his MBA from the University of Southern California. He served as the Chair of the Informatics Scientific Program Committee at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and is a board member of several innovative organizations. He is also a longtime member of the Advisory Board of KLAS Research. Dr Shrestha is also the Chairman of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Innovation Committee, and Co-chair of Health Datapalooza 2018.

Prior to starting Seqster, Ardy launched several clinical and consumer-based genetic tests as CCO of Pathway Genomics, and SVP of Ambry Genetics that sold to Konica for $1B in 2017. He is one of the main architects in launching the first commercial clinical exome sequencing test in 2011, establishing the value of next-gen sequencing in the clinic. Before Conversa Health, Dr. Marshall led product strategy and product management for Press Ganey serving over 2,000 hospitals, 650+ medical practices and 90,000+ physicians in the U.S.  Also, he contributed to the Markle Common Framework for Networked Personal Health Information establishing technology and policy practices for the appropriate handling of personal health information. Throughout his career, he has designed profile-driven systems to ensure that  patients are engaged digitally with employers, payers, and their providers.

Following his work at GE Medical Systems and Kaiser Permanente, where he led large research studies on physicians’ and patients’ use of Electronic Health Records, Dr. Marshall was one of the early pioneers at WebMD.  As WebMD’s Vice President of Product Strategy, he led personalized health management solutions. He then led Press Ganey’s products and strategy, supporting the company’s expansion of quality and patient experience solutions.

Dr. Marshall received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, and has residency training in general surgery and public health and preventive medicine.  He currently resides in Portland, Oregon where he also runs the Oregon Crusaders, a national touring marching music organization.

Dr. Robbins was a National Fund for Medical Education Fellow, Visiting Scholar and Research Fellow at Harvard. He has advised Presidential and White house commissions, the military health system, multiple start-ups, two US Supreme Court Cases and chaired the PCMH 2.O national think tank, to help people become and stay healthier while adding years to their lives and life to their years. He blends elements of health information technologies, behavioral economics, exercise physiology, sleep, mindfulness, and healthy eating to bend the sickness curve. He serves on several advisory boards and national organizations including the Global Innovation and Leadership Council of Frost and Sullivan and the American Heart Assn’s Technology and Innovation Advisory Board.

Dr. Robbins was a major force in the early Hospice Movement and worked closely across both aisles and CMS in helping to promote the Hospice Medicare benefit. Mr. Swenson, a hospital pharmacist & patient safety expert, was a primary architect of IntelliDOT’s product design & was responsible for key components of the company’s overall direction, including product strategies, clinical direction & regulatory oversight. Mr. Swenson’s leadership & vision helped IntelliDOT become a unique, market-leading point-of-care solution used by over 95 hospitals nation-wide

Mr. Swenson’s background includes more than 17 years of hospital pharmacy and hospital pharmacy management experience. He was one of the original staff members of Pyxis Corporation, joining the product team in the company’s infancy. As the first pharmacist product manager for Pyxis, he was responsible for the product design of the MedStation-Rx System, the first pharmacy profile driven medication cabinet system.

Prior to co-founding IntelliDOT, Mr. Swenson was Vice President, Marketing & Clinical Services for Woodside Biomedical, makers of the first and only non-invasive treatment for nausea and vomiting, which received FDA cleared indications for nausea & vomiting associated with pregnancy, post-operative nausea, chemotherapy, and motion sickness. Prior to joining Woodside and following Pyxis’ purchase by Cardinal Heath, Mr. Swenson was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he was responsible for integration of Cardinal’s newly acquired pharmacy automation product portfolio.

  • Participating in an early Robert Wood Johnson Foundation project to address the heroin epidemic among Dallas-area teens.
  • Implementing a peer navigator program to facilitate safe discharge from OBs/acute setting following a behavioral health crisis.
  • Developing transition-of-care innovations for Medicare Advantage members.
  • Developing care-coordination innovations for Medicare and Medicaid members that address social determinants of health in chronic-condition management.

Prior to her current position, Felicia was senior director of behavioral health for HCSC’s government programs, where she implemented and managed care coordination and case management programs that met the integrated care needs of members across unique populations that included recipients of TANF, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term services and support. In that role she also developed and oversaw utilization management programs for behavioral health and integrated services to ensure access and efficiency of the least restrictive and most effective services.

She began her career working for the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, where she worked with families in a wraparound family preservation model of in-home services, conducted home visits and testified in Child Protective Services cases.

Felicia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, a master’s from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Texas Woman’s University.

David Wyman, MPA is the President and CEO of Gracie Square Hospital. Mr. Wyman brings close to 20 years of expertise in healthcare operations and management to his new role as he leads the redevelopment and revitalization of Gracie Square Hospital.

Prior to joining Gracie Square Hospital, Mr. Wyman spent 15 years in varying progressive roles as part of Continuum Health Partners in NYC. Most recently Mr. Wyman served as Vice President of Administration at the Mount Sinai Health System for both Mount Sinai Roosevelt and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospitals. There he focused his expertise in the areas of operations management, finance and revenue cycle, information technology integration and implementation, quality and performance improvement and change management.

Mr. Wyman holds a Master of Public Administration, Health Policy and Management degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
